Dear all, I am using OE6 to send and receive emails. A problem occurs frequently in my OE6 when I try to forward emails to other people. Usually the last few lines of the original content are missing in the forwarded message. Anyone knows what happens? I am using IE6 (SP2) with Win XP professional. Thanks a lot in advance. Ivan
  • 3. Folder "links" in IE. How to remove
The original setup of IE6's Favorites include a Folder called "links" and a toolbar of the same name. In order to remove it I did the following: 1) Unchecked in "toolbars" the toolbar "links". 2) Emptied the folder by erasing or moving all its links. 3) Removed the Folder "links" from Favorites. But the folder and the toolbar reappear after a reboot. My question: is there a way to permanently remove this folder and the toolbar linked to it? TIA, haim

Share an OE store file over a Network?

I just put together a home network between my old PC and a new notebook.

Is there any way to get OE on my notebook to use the same OE store that
my PC uses so I can view and reorganize mail on my notebook, but my PC
is the machine that downloads it from the server?

Sharing a common store folder over a network is not recommended.

You can clone your OE.

I have a Presario pre-loaded with Win XP SP 2 and IE & OE 6. I recently
bought a Dell also preloaded with the same OS although they offered Vista
Basic at same price which I declined.
I have a broadband connection and I use a Black Box Router with 4 ports and
two for printers.
Hence files are shared and we can access as well as print all docs from both

I would ALSO like the Incoming Emails to be recd in both PC's. Is it
possible to do so - if I were to use the same CLSID which is in the Presario
by copying and pasting the mail folder location in the store root of the
Registry in Dell?!

Could this be an alternative to using a PostMaster, the Email Server
