If I check the do not send email option, does this automatically prevent me sending email to the contact ? -- Stephen Connolly
Apart from its informational purposes, I believe it is only effectively used in conjunction with List Builder exports; i.e. Contacts with that checked are not sent to List Builder. You could experiment to get a more definitive answer.
Stephen, This is a field value only. I have been able to send emails to Business Contacts eventhough it was checked not to do so. -THP -- Message posted via OfficeKB.com http://www.**--****.com/
1.Moving spouse field from detail tab to general tab
is it possible to move spouse field from detail tab to general tab
2.General and Details tab - enable tabs with keyboard shortcuts
I have worked out how to use the keyboard for almost all actions in Contact or Account records and views, but there's no shortcut to move from the General tab to the Details tab. If this were present, I would not have to use the mouse for any record-keeping activity, or at least, not the activities I do. This note is meant for MSFT development group, thanks.
3.Outlook appointments should have a details tab like tasks
4.Export Tracking Details Tab of a meeting
I have hunted high & low to find a solution to this. Older versions of Outlook used to allow for a simple copy/paste to excel of this data (Name, Attendance, Response). We are currently using Outlook 2003 and would like to accomplish this same task, is it possible, even with any add-ins if must be? Regards, Mike
5.Change fields on Details tab
I want to add spouse's birthday to the Details tab, but have not found a way to do this. All I can do is add it to the all fields tab. Is this possible? Even if I could just rename one of the personal fields names?
6. Adding the "Referred by" field to the General or Details Tab
8. add a spouses birthday under the details tab in outlook contacts
