  • 1. Data loss after Domainchange?
Hi everybody, first of all sorry for my worse english. Ill try to explain my problem to you with easy words. My company is using BCM in their domain. "CompanyOLD" Now we want to change our domain to "CompanyNEW". In the BCM each user of the domain had the rights to add or delete records. If i change the domain to "CompanyNEW" and change the userrights so that all users of the new domain could enter or modify records, will they also see the old records without problems? Is there anything else that i have to look for? Thanks for your answers! Hendrik
  • 2. I cannot run reports from within Business Contact Manager.
When I try to run a report in Business Contact Manager I get the folowing error " The report could not be generated. Please try again". If anyone can help me on this I would appreciate it. Regards, Dwight
  • 3. Are there known conflicts between BCM and MS .net 2.
After loading Turbo Tax 2007 that includes .NET 2.0 my outlook 2003 with BCM will not open. An error message about BCM failing causes Outlook 2003 to close. After uninstalling BCM (but not .Net 2.0) Outlook 2003 works fine. Any info?
  • 4. Imported Outlook Contact Name Becomes Account Name?
Hello all - I am working on importing my Outlook contacts into BCM 2007. I am creating an Account for each Company, which works well *except* when you drag an Outlook contact to a BCM Account, it fills the Account Name in with the Contact's Name as opposed to the Contact's Company Name (which would seem to make more sense). Is there anyway to modify this default behavior? Thanks!
  • 5. ftp hosting?
is there a way to host BCM db via ftp hosting? Obviously, BCM can't go through Exchange, and short of using a full windows server, are there FTP or other cost-effective options for small business...? Uri

Outlook Express 6.00 SP2 RC2
Win XP Pro SP2 RC2

Incoming emails are stripped of their graphics.

What's that setting I need to change?

Thanks,
Bill

look in tools, options, security.

PS - this group is for the Business Contact Manager that ships with Outlook
2003, not Outlook Express. OE has it's own group on this server.
