1. Need to delete reminder without deleting the contact - BCM 2007
Is there a way to delete a reminder in Tasks, which was created in BCM 2007, without deleting the whole contact and all the history to go with it! This is a huge problem and would be so grateful if a solution. -- Margy South Africa
2. Outlook BCM 2010 and Accounting Professional 2009
I just recieved a message from MS regarding the the discontinued development of Microsoft Accounting Professional 2009. I really like the integration between Outlook BCM 2007 and the Accounting 2009 software. In fact this is a primary reason why I purchased Accounting 2009 even though I do business primaraly in Canada (Not officially supported). My question is, now that Accounting 2009 is no longer being developed will it still integrate with Outlook BCM 2010? I personally think that MS is cutting its throat with small businesses intrested in utilizing automated tools to increase there effectiveness. I feel that I am now being forced away from MS solutions in favor of possibly SAGE for a crm and accounting software.
3. Can incoming emails automatc'ly add to contacts list/addressbook?
I have just started using microsoft exchange and I'm interested to see if there is a way to automatically build my address book instead of going through all past emails and clicking "add to address book" for each person. Any suggestions?

I am having trouble exporting my business contacts in the csv format.  When I 
open up the new file all I see is big mess.  Nothing really is any order.  
Any ideas on how to export this into a csv file that makes sense.

I click on "File" then import and export then BCM and as soon as I do that I 
get a message that "microsoft office has stopped working" and it closes and 
restarts on its own. No wizard, just doesn't go further than that.

3.How do you export business contacts from only one Account in BCM

I would like to Export/Print/Mail Merge from only one Account in BCM.  Does 
anyone know how its done?

4.Cannot export Business Contacts

I actually have two problems.  I cannot export Business Contacts to Excel so 
that I can create a mailing list and I cannot get a view of the Business 
History.  My inbox shows up on each record where the business history should 
be.  I also cannot see the "ribbon" that the help pages tell me to use....I 
really need help.
