Is it possible to customise the Business Contact form to display the
Communication History Items so that you can see both the contact details and
History at the same time?
2.Import to customized task form from Excel - Outlook doesn't seem to be aware of custom form
Hello, hoping someone can answer the following.
1. I created a personal Folder, TASKS2003
2. I designed the task form and published it to TASKS2003 as MYTASKFORM
3. I set folder properties to use MYTASKFORM as the task form
4. Now, I have about a thousand tasks I want to define (for my staff). I go
into excel and create about 100 sample tasks. For column headers, I use
User-Defined field names that I created when I designed the custom task
form. So the excel column names should match the user-defined field names
at import time.
5. I start the import process in Outlook. But it seems outlook is not aware
of my custom form. For example, in the mapping dialog, I see only
frequently used fields. I see no sign of my user-defined fields. Plus, if
I go ahead and import, I see tasks created but, if I click on a task, it is
the standard task form, not my custom task form.
Hope I've described this clearly. Thank you for any help...

4.Customized Appointment form keeps reverting to default form
I have created a customized P2 page on an Appointment form in which I have
some List Boxes that are being populated by VBscript code with records from
an Xcel Spreadsheet. I also use a textbox with each list box setup with a
Keywords field as a data store where I then store the check box states from
the List boxes at time of saving so they are persistent on reopening of the
Appointment Item.
If I open one of the custom Appointment items from the Actions menu and then
complete the data in the item and save it...this all appears to work
normally. However when I open the saved item it reverts back to the default
Appointment form. I know this because I am showing the Message Class object
on my custom form and see it when I save it but it reverts back to
IPM.Appointment when I open it.
I thought I might have some cache problems but used the Forms Manager to
make sure the published form was only in my custom Calendar folder where
these items reside and that the casche was cleared for the folder. I
haven't published the form yet to Personal Forms Library because it isn't
working yet.
Can you advise me what may be causing this reversion to default from my
custom Appointment form???
BTW, the VBscript code works fine in a similar custom Contact form using the
same objects, and is the same code with necessary item/page changes in the
Appointment form, so I don't think it is a code problem.

5.Outlook Web Access - Customized Forms in Public Folders
Hello,
On our exchange server (2003) we have a few public folders that we use
customized forms for data entry / display. This works fine in the office
with Outlook clients. When users access the forms via OWA (home/road/etc.)
they do not see the customized form/look for the public folder.
Can my Customized outlook forms be published to OWA?
Thanks!
