    I am trying to assign a "Primary Contact" to an Account, but the little button to right of the pull down and Primary contact field is not working.     I just bought Office 2003 and now find it doesn't have BCM, which I would be pleased to purchase if it is available separately or as a replacement from my outlook. Can't return software, although dealer said it included BCM, because I opened it and installed it, then could not find BCN. Help

    I just installed Office 2003 Basic, which dealer insisted had BCM, but much to my dismay I cannot find it. Is it available anywhere else, dealer will not refund software because it has been opened and loaded. Doe Microsoft sell it, download it. Help

    Had to reformat the disk and reinstall Outlook alongwith BCM. When I opened the outlook.pst from my backup, I could see the e-mail, address books, etc. However, the BCM data is not there. Where are the data entered through BCM are stored and how do I restore it from my backup?

Hi - We are using Outlook 2003.

Is there a way when doing a Mail Merge to request Read/Delivery receipts just
for the Mail Merge without permanently changing the users profile to request
those receipts?

2.Delivery receipt and read receipt not working 

Not sure what's wrong, but neither is working (have OL03).  In a new email, I 
select "options" and click on both and neither is working.  I've sent tests 
to a friend and even to another account of mine and it's just not working.

Hi all,

I am new to the MAPI programming. 
I am enhancing an existing application to process delivery receipts. I am 
able to correlate delivery receipts with sent messaging by comparing 
PR_SEARCH_KEY property of the sent message with PR_ORIGINAL_SEARCH_KEY 
property of delivery receipt. But Problem is with non-delivery receipts. I 
don't see PR_ORIGINAL_SEARCH_KEY on non-delivery receipts. I tried comparing 
PR_SEARCH_KEY of attached original mail with PR_SEARCH_KEY key of sent mail. 
Surprisingly they are diferring. 

My application sents all mails with same subject so looks like I cannot use 
PR_CONVERSATION_TOPIC property as it default equals to PR_NORMALIZED_SUBJECT. 

I have not really experimented with PR_CORRELATE_MTSID property. Not sure if 
this can be used.

We don't store sent mails in the sent items folder. so i have to extract 
required properties of sent mail and maintain them for future processing.

Any suggestion on best way to correlate delivery and non delivery reports 
with sent messages is appreciated.
