    I just imported my ACT database, but can't figure out how to write letters to a BCM contact or create MS Word templates for use with BCM contacts.     I have been trying to send email campaigns using the New email Marketing service marketing Campaign right from BCM... It is not working. I go through all the steps NO PROBLEM but I am not getting any emails delivered... Any suggestions? NOW they even dump their ListBuilder service which was one of the BEST ones I have used so far. They want you to migrate to Constant Contact which does not let you upload htm/images as easy nor does it allow you to pull addys that have custom fields (such as people with birthday months of 3).   • 4. Can not perform Phone call from Calendar
    Hello, I have issue with performing Phone call. How do I do it: In calendar, I double-click on event, then "Link to record" (sorry but I have CZECH language version, it might be "connect with record"), then choose the appropirate client, click on "Connect ->" (or "Link ->"), then double-click on linked name, and finally client detail appears. When I try to use function "Call", then "New Call" box appears, BUT I can not click on it, it is bleeping after each click!!! Only to solve this I have to close Client properties (Data) window. Then I can call, I can see the Event, but I ca not see client data. Is it bug or am I doing something wrong please? Many thanks David

The OL 2007 install is a separate download and I don't think you have
to install Office 2007.  However, if you install it on a machine with
an earlier version of OL, my understanding is that you can't go back to
the older version.  I guess you could backup your data, install OL2007
and if you didn't want to keep using it, uninstall it, reinstall the
older OL, and restore your data.  Given the warnings on the Office 2007
site about OL, though I'd double check this approach with MS Tech
Support before proceeding.

Yesterday, I installed the updates recommended by Microsoft.  One of them was 
the SP2 update for Microsoft 2007 Office Suites.  After that installation, I 
can no longer open or find Outlook 2007.  The desktop icon is just a blank 
shell.  When I go to the Start Menu and double click on the icon nothing 
happens.  I am using Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2007 and Vista 32 bit 
operating system.  I tried uninstalling Office but the automatic uninstaller 
fails.  Please help!

3.Problems regarding installing Outlook 2007 with MS Office suite 20 

I want to load a stand along version of Outlook 2007 to my computer. My 
operating system is XP and I currently have Outlook Express 2003 (which I 
have no problem deleteing) & Office Student and Teacher Edition 2003 on the 
computer. I've read there are compatability problems and that attempting to 
load Outlook 2007 will cause problems with the other, older MS products. Can 
anyone tell me if this is true? I don't want to load Outlook 2007 if it's 
going to cause me any problems with software I already have (and absolutely 
have to have in working order).

4.Installing Ultimate Office 2007 Suite on laptop running 2003 

I am student wanting to install Ultimate Office 2007 on 
laptop currently running Office 2003 on XP. Should I uninstall 2003 BEFORE 
installing 2007? I purchased this legitimately through a college promotion 
and did opt to receive a cd copy, but have not received it yet and want to 
install now. I have 
downloaded the Office 2007 file to my desktop and am ready to install.

not recognized in online help.  I downloaded and installed SP2 manually, and 
I still get this when I run Windows Update.  WTF?
