MICROSOFT OFFICE 2007 FREEZING UP HOW DO I FIX ? I AM FRUSTRATED I CANNOT GET MY OFFICE TO WORK IT HAS BEEN FROZEN FOR 3 DAYS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I UNINSTALLED AND REINSTALLED STILL FROZEN. I SHOULD HAVE WENT WITH MAC THIS STINKS ALL MY WORK SCHEDULES, EMAILS, AND CONTACTS ARE USELESS NOW.
2. Help! Server computer went down; how do I now sync offline databa
Outlook 2007 BCM My "server" computer went down. Fortunately, I had shortly beforehand backed up the database to my net drive. We have two other computers running "offline" versions of that database. Those "offline" databases have had some significant changes now (addes, etc.). On a third computer, I can use my backup and make that computer the "server" computer. But how do I sync my two offline databases with that new server? The two offline databases are running on machines with XP Pro. The new computer that I could make the server computer is running Vista Home, in case that makes any difference. Thanks in advance for the help.

4. Tracking direct mail campaign
I have a printer print and mail postcards and mailiers to my contacts. I would like this to show in the contacts history. I create the Publisher document and sent it to the printer. I don't want to print the doc 300+ times. Creating a marketing campaign doesn't sort chronologically in history. If there is a way to change this setting, please advise. Any ideas are appreciated.
5. Completing a call
Once I complete a call that is scheduled on my calendar, is there a way to immediately record a record of the call and create a follow-up and include this in the contact's history? Should the call be scheduled as a task instead of at a particular time on a calendar? Is there a really good tutorial that takes you through this entire process? -- Jamie

Are you able to send multiple emails at once with BCM?  If so, how many can 
you send without triggering SPAM considerations?  I have a small business and 
want to send 250 or so emails per week to current clients, but don't know the 
guidelines.

You certainly can send mass emails through the Marketing Campaign function 
of BCM. The spam limitation will come from your ISP. I recommend you talk 
with your ISP about their rules for large mailings.

Hi,

Why isn't there any link between Outlook's Contact and BCM's Business
Contact? Outlook's Contact is more detailed information I'd liked to use but
BCM's Business Contact have cool features e.g. report, so why don't MS
integrate them in same one?
