1. This is not working?
Took me forever to get this prgram to run. Now it want even open under outlook its over in a folder by itself. Help me get Business Contact Mngr into outlook..whew frustrating

3. Update to the problem
I moved all the BCM contacts database files to a backup folder on my desktop and went back to see the results in Outlook. BCM was gone as expected, but the Accounts and Business Contacts were still in my Show Names list? How do I get my address book to update itself and remove the redundant links that do not work? 4. Sending emails from contact groups in Business Contact Manager
I am using Business Contact Manager. Is it possible to send emails to groups of contacts setup from within Business Contact Manager? If it is possible could you tell me how to do it?

We recently set up a database but would like to restrict the users from 
deleting records.  How is this done?

Hi Tammy

This cannot be done ,any user added will have un-restricted access to the 
database.

Hi,
I sell a lot on ebay, and I get many exact questions from buyers. I use
Outlook 2003 and I have a little FAQ based on Outlooks signatures... this
solution is not that good as I wanted it to be, since I need a faster access
to it and a little more flexibilty.

Does anybody know of a basic add-in I can buy that could help me out ?? I
don't need fancy things, just flexible canned answering.

5.Using Macros to Generate "canned" email responses

I have only used macros in Word where clicks and strokes 
are recorded in the macro.

Outlook apparantly relies on Visual Basic for its macros 
and I have nevcer used VB.

I want to create a macro that will generate a reply email 
with a pre-written message body.  Any place I can go that 
might show me how to do this?
