How do I set up Accounts and Contacts in BCM from Outlook contact.

Hi. My office recently installed the BCM 2003 to our Outlook 2003. We have 
several hundred contacts already in Outlook, but for some reason I'm having 
difficulty  copying them to the BCM contacts.

I'd also like to create accountsin the BCM using the contacts already in the 
system.

I tried exporting the Outlook contacts to a Personal Folder File (.pst) on 
my desktop. However, the BCM fails to import it, because it says it does not 
list Outlook Contacts at all as one of the importable files. I can't even 
browse and select it from my desktop. It simply does not show up.

Please save me from having to retype the hundreds of Outlook contacts into 
my Business Contact manager contacts/accounts.

I just got the and new to using Outlook w/ BCM recently.  I would like to 
find out how to effectively use the BCM.  On the left side of Outlook BCM 
there is Contacts.  Under Contacts there is My Contact. Then there is BCM. 
Within BCM there is Accounts in BCM and also Business Contacts in BCM.
I am in Real Estate and would like to find out how to set up my client 
contact info.  I have individual clients and I also have groups of client 
contact, ie: clients from a group of states.

Any advise on setting up and using the BCM in the Accounts in BCM and also 
Business Contacts in BCM.

5.Creating BCM.Account & BCM.Contact items in Technical Refresh

I'm experiencing problems with an add-in I'm developing after installing the 
Technical Refresh.

Previously when I created a BCM.Account or a BCM.Contact object, all the BCM 
specific item properties existed, now none of them are so things are going 
pear shaped in my application.

I can create these properties after I create the object but why are they no 
longer created by default when the object is created. Seem a little bizare 
that this used to work but now it dosn't, I can't believe that this is an 
'feature enhancement'.
