I received this error when attempting to backup. The message continues 'It has been marked SUSPECT by recovery.' Then a lot of techno babble about SQL that I don't understand. I also says that the backup/restore was still successful, but it wasn't. I tried to restore the previous backup, but to no avail. I'm lost on how to proceed, can anyone help? By the way, the link to 'Terms of Use' is not working.

After upgrading OS from Vista Ultimate to Win 7, I have this problems with "Business Contact Manager for Outlook": 1. Each time I open MS Outlook, I am asked for permission to "allow the following program (MS Office Outlook) to make changes to this computer". This didnt happen before the change to Win 7. 2. At the end of the opening process of MS Outlook, I get the following message: "Business Contact Manager for Outlook could not complete your last action or actions. Please try again." This didnt happen before. 3. When searching for Outlook messages (Inbox, for example) using the "search" box above the messages, the tool doent find messages posted after the OS upgrade.

How do I import info from Outlook Contact to set up Accounts and Contacts in
BCM?

Also, I have imported AOL emails to Outlook, and want to link them to
Opportunities? I followed the instructions and no dialog box comes up to
allow this to happen?

Last, is there any decent documentation on this software or should I just
s{*filter*}it a useless?

To move Outlook Contacts to BCM folders you can drag and drop them.

1.Import Outlook contacts to BCM contacts/account

Hi. My office recently installed the BCM 2003 to our Outlook 2003. We have
several hundred contacts already in Outlook, but for some reason I'm having
difficulty copying them to the BCM contacts.

I'd also like to create accountsin the BCM using the contacts already in the
system.

I tried exporting the Outlook contacts to a Personal Folder File (.pst) on
my desktop. However, the BCM fails to import it, because it says it does not
list Outlook Contacts at all as one of the importable files. I can't even
browse and select it from my desktop. It simply does not show up.

Please save me from having to retype the hundreds of Outlook contacts into
my Business Contact manager contacts/accounts.

I just got the and new to using Outlook w/ BCM recently. I would like to

there is Contacts. Under Contacts there is My Contact. Then there is BCM.
Within BCM there is Accounts in BCM and also Business Contacts in BCM.

5.Creating BCM.Account & BCM.Contact items in Technical Refresh

I'm experiencing problems with an add-in I'm developing after installing the
Technical Refresh.

Previously when I created a BCM.Account or a BCM.Contact object, all the BCM
specific item properties existed, now none of them are so things are going
pear shaped in my application.

I can create these properties after I create the object but why are they no
longer created by default when the object is created. Seem a little bizare
that this used to work but now it dosn't, I can't believe that this is an
'feature enhancement'.
