1.Outlook 2003 Auto Forward Rules do not forward Attachment Correctly
I am having trouble with Outlook 2003. I have rule that is setup on a general mailbox that auto-forwards anything coming in to a distribution group. When a messages is forwarded to this mailbox the attachments on the message are just a blank new email form (64kb) and not the original attachment. If the rule is turned off then the attachment is viewable. If anyone has any insight, pleae let me know.
2.Can't open forwarded attachments in Outlook Express
When I receive an e-mail with a forwarded attachment, the paperclip drops down the attacment file name greyed out and I cannot open it. Any ideas to solve this will be gratefully received
3.Unable to forward attachments
I'm having problems sending (forward) an attachment with Outlook. I can send an attachment if I send a fresh email but when I forward an email that contains an attachment the recipient doesn't get the attachment. My sent items folder shows the attachment was sent. I'm using WinXP and Office XP. I've tried disabling Norton anti virus but that didn't help. I've searched Google and the Outlook newsgroup and found a lot of people with the same or similar problems but so far I've been unable to find any type of fix. Does anybody have any ideas were to look for more info or a cure? Thanks Brian
4.set up rules in outlook to not forward attachments
hi, is there a way in outlook 2000 to setup a rule to forward only the subject to another email? the original message contains an attachment which i do not want to forward. thanks!
5.Outlook 2000 won't forward attachments
I didn't believe it at first, but apparently when I forward an incoming message that has (for example, an MS Word ) attachment, and JPEGS, the recipient receives only a file called Winmail1.dat It cannot be opened normally. Not all recipients complain, so I am not sure if it happens all the time. I am using Zonelabs firewall. I am sure this behaviour is not usual, but I haven't figured out the precise circumstances when this happens. Can anyone help, please? I am sorry if this is a common problem that you've answered before. Thanks Ian
