I have created a Business Project, which contains 36 or so individual Project Tasks, each with its own completion level, ranging from 4% to 100% (complete). However, the completion level for the Business Project still displays 0% completion. Is there a way to get it to calculate an overall completion level, based upon the completion levels of the associated tasks?

I need to export the company data from bcm (2007) for further analysis. The export to cvs work fine. I have been receiving error messages when trying to send emails; however the receipients are receiving multiple emails from me even though my outbox shows the email still sitting there along with this error message: Task 'mail.dianaewald.com - Sending' reported error (0x800CCC0F): 'The connection to the server was interrupted. If this problem continues, contact your server administrator or ISP.' I have contacted everyone with no solution, which is why I am here. I am also getting the error of (0x8004210B) The operation timed out waiting for a response from the sending (SMTP) server. All of my settings are correct. I believe this has to be as a result of the latest download for the Junk Mail filter. Is there a solution to this before everyone refuses my multiple emails???? - 3. Change the defaults in Acct or BC
I am wondering if it is possible to change the defaults when adding an Account or a Business Account. For instance, when you add an Accout, it defaults the pnone contact info to Business and Business Fax. Is it possible to have it default to Company Phone #? Then, when adding a BC, is it possible to have the Home # default to the Company Main Phone Number as previously entered in by adding the Account? - 4. Customize tabs and fields in BCM

I have various contacts and accounts in BCM. I have categorised these using categories but would like to be able to see them listed showing the colours assigned to each category. Ideally when in address card view or business card view I'd like the banner at the top of each card to be coloured according to the category to which it is assigned (or if this is not possible to change the colour banner for individual cards) so that i can easily see the relevant categories. Is this possible? Alternatively I could use the business card design format but I can only seem to get this to change every card at once - is it possible to apply a different design for each card?

I did two things tonight that could have caused this: 1. I went into Communications History within BCM and deleted everything that was in there 2. I upgraded to SP2 I already deleted the "Deleted Items" from BCM - so if the fix was in there, it's too late... Thanks in advance for any help/ideas on how to fix this.
