1. Would you repurchase BCM 2007?
Knowing what you know now, would you choose BCM 2007 again? I would be using this for a small business with less than 500 contacts. I do need to track my time, and the sales process etc... Thanks,
2. Exporting from BCM
Can't find the other message I thought I posted. When exporting from BCM to csv, cannot pick the export file by account. Need to export separate files using accounts rather than using all contacts (which is the default). How do you change the which data you want to export to a csv file? Any help would be appreciated.
3. Outlook 2007 ca+n't find bcm
I downloaded the office 2007 from the internet so I did not have a cd I have been trying to set up my BCM and can not locate it or figure out what I need to do to find it. Will I have to download a seperate program besides office 2007? Thank you
4. Account view display narrowed, contact names hidden
I am having a semi consistent problem with the Account view window. Occasionally, it will all of a sudden narrow all of the fields to half their normal widths and the list box with the contacts will narrow and no longer show contact name column, only title, phone, email. This usually happens when I have 2 or more windowed views open such as inbox, tasks, account list and the only way to correct the problem is to close out of outlook and restart it. The window can be maximized or resized, but it makes no difference. Has anyone else seen this problem or have a solution to fix it? Thanks -Karl

In outlook, there is an option of auto complete of the mail ID's, so most of 
the mail ID's reside there only. Now at some point of time we need to change 
over workstation, at that time we are unable to access those mail id's due to 
new workstation. How to get those mail id's from outlook so that we will be 
having complete list

3.why am i getting double copies of incoming e-mails in outlook 2000

I am receiving duplicates of e-mails in outlook 2000.  I only have 1 e-mail 
account set up and have no rules

Hello,

I am told that the reason a specific company cannot 
receive our e-mails is because they do not contain a 
Message ID in the message header.  In fact, they do not.  
I have ruled out problems with the mail server and 
suspect that it is a problem with Outlook 2003.  Messages 
sent from a machine running Outlook 2000 contain a 
message ID.  Messages sent from a machine running Outlook 
2003 from the same account do not contain a message ID.

Any advice on this would be appreciated.
