Hi All, All of the sudden, some of the icons in BCM are showing up with black backgrounds. These are the icons that are in the second grouping form the left on the upper toolbar such as "General", "Details" and "History". I'm assuming the black background is the alpha channel for the icon but they should not be visible. Instead it should be transparent to showt he toolbar color throug it. Anyone else seeing this behavior? Thanks, Jim

In trying to import a contact list into Business Contact Manager some of my source file fields (column headings) do not show in the source file fields to be mapped. After using BCM for four months, all of a sudden, when I try to open the history connected to a contact within Business Contact manager I get the following error message: "Could not load an object because it is not available on this machine" followed by: "Cannot open this form because an error occurred" All of my history items still exist but I can't access them from within a business contact record? When I use the regular Contacts with Outlook and have an additional contact, when I go to Save, there is a drop down arrow and I can click to Save and add a new contact for the same company. When I am using Business Contact Manager, there is no drop down arrow (that I can find), that allows me to Save the conact I added and then add additional contacts for the same company name, address, etc. It is a roay pain to retype things. I know, I can add the Account and tie the BCM Contacts into an Account; but, when I print a report for the BCM Contacts, to make visitations, I like it all right there under Contacts as well. Since they have this under regular Contacts, why not BCM Contacts as well???? Or, am I missing something? If it works one way in one part of the program, it should work the same way in the other part of the program. Thanks. - 4. BCM does not load in Windows 7
I am running a dual boot laptop with Windows XP and Windows 7. BCM in XP is perfect however in Windows 7 it does not load. I had no errors on the install and I am trying to share the same database as the XP one. Is this possible. IF so can anyone tell me how to get it to access the XP database in Outlook 2007 on Windows 7? Thanks - 5. BCM Reminders repeatedly appearing
I'm sure this is a simple case of operator error but I've got a reminder box for ALL my BCM contacts which I can't clear. When I click dismiss all the reminders re-appear acouple of seconds later. I can snooze them, but I can't dismiss them. I've tried >run>outlook.exe/cleanreminders which hasn't worked. We're also using OA if that makes a difference. This is driving me mad! TIA

Hi Jim, Are you using 16bit color or using Outlook through a Remote Desktop Connection? Thanks, Craig

Eeeek! Thanks Craig.. I just checked and my color was set to 16 bit some how... Setting to 32 bit fixed the problem. Thanks! Jim
