BCM- means contacting your business contacts. Why can't I send a letter/fax, and have it show up in the history file? I ant to use BCM bring up a word templete, have BCM populate the templete, add my coments, print the letter or fax it, save it as all correspondence should be able to do. Then there are times I need to recall that letter make changes and reprint and mail again.

How do I get the business tool bar to show up in Bus. Cont. Mgr?

Postby RG91Zw » Fri, 09 Feb 2007 01:43:02 GMT

I am using Office Professional 2003 and have just recently installed the
Business Contact Manager fo it (2003). I am not able to get the Business
tool bar to show up. I read some past postings that suggested unhooking my
cradle for active sync. That did not help me.

Any other suggestions?

From the Main Outlook window, on the menu select, "Help | About Microsoft
Outlook | Disabled items". If you see Business Contact Manager in the list,
enable it and restart Outlook.

If you still do not see the toolbar, select "File | Data File Management..."
and make sure that you see "Business Contact Manager" listed. If not, click
"Add...", select "Business Contact Manager Database" and click "OK".

I am, however, able to attach an Appointment in my Business Contacts Folder.

FYI: There's no History icon under any of my Personal Contacts.

3.Business Contact Mgr 3 Bus Contact form customize

I'm trying to customize the Business Contact form in Business Contact Manager
3 (Outlook 2007). Specifically, I'd like the communication history details as
shown in the History tab to also appear at the bottom of the General tab.

While it is possible to add custom fields to the bottom of the form, I want
to add the view from another tab. Is that possible? And if so, how?

Thanks
