1. Global Address Change
If a company moves address, is there a simple way to change the address record for all contacts within that company? Or do I have to go into every record individually?
2. Changing Primary Contact in BCM 2007
How do I change the Primary Contact within an account? Currently, I have one person selected as the primary. Life goes on. Now someone else is the primary. Double-clicking, right-clicking does nothing. Hope someone might have an answer. Thanks for the help.
3. Link record or email auto link not working
Hi, I have existing BCM Outlook 07 contacts and when I try either linking the record or email auto link it sees the contact and when I click ok it does not add to the comm's history of the client. I'm on new system and it worked the other day !! Any clues or bug fix required ? Thanks PJ
4. Business Contact Manager cannot find the database
I have reinstalled Microsoft Business Contact Manager. During setup, I get the following error message: "Business Contact Manager Could not find the database you are looking for..." Set up then asks if I want it to create a new database, and I answer "yes". After trying, Set Up is unable to create a new data base. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.

how do i get to place all of my email contacts in a folder in the left hand 
bottom corner while viewing my inbox. iam using windows 98se.

Outlook has no such feature. You're probably thinking of something you saw 
in Outlook Express.

Just for informational purposes, I am running 2007 against Microsoft Exchange 
Server 2003.  

I have set up permissions in another person's inbox folder so that I can 
monitor when they are out of town.  Right now, you appear to have to go to 
File->Open->[Person's Name] (Inbox) to view it in the pane to the right of 
the navigation pane.  

Is there a way (and if so, what is it) to be able to view both my inbox and 
the other person's inbox in the same view much like you can choose to view 
multiple calendars to which you have access in one 'view' (aka simply check 
off My Calendars and People's Calendars you want to see in the pane to the 
right of the navigation pane).  Can I do something similar with multiple 
inboxes?

2.Viewing the 'chain of emails' on an archived email in the inbox

All my emails in the Outlook Inbox have the 'Vault' icon (archived email) and 
the View pane shows only the email itself and not the 'chain of emails' that 
preceded it. I have to double click on the email to open and see all the 
details, which takes a lot of time. I have 500 emails and need a quick way to 
delete the earlier emails. How do I reset the view so I can see all the 
earlier emails again?

3.INBOX contents displayed in Calendar, Contact and Task views - Outlook 2003

About two days ago, icons for Calendar, Contact, and Task suddenly
appeared in my email Favorite Folder window on the left side of the
overall email view.

Trying to remove these icons from the Favorites view and then running
SCANPST apparently got rid of these icons.  

At the same time, the Inbox list (center panel) now displays when I
switch to Calendar, Contacts, or Tasks, using the navigation icons on
the very bottom of the left panel.

The only way that I can display the Calendar, Contacts or Tasks is to
select the Files navigation icon, select the right folder from the
files list, and then switch to the correct view in order to get the
correct left panel displayed.

What happened?  What did I do (wrong?)  How can I fix this problem?  A
Google search did not help.

4.In Outlook 2k Inbox view, is there a column for "unknown" contact

I just want to see in the inbox view, if this email address has already been 
added to my contacts or not.

5.View contact information in Inbox

I was wondering, can outlook check incoming emails against your personal address book and display more than the basic FROM, SUBJECT, RECEIVED, ATTACHMENTS etc in inbox??  For instance if Joe Blogs sends me an email and I have joes company information saved in my Contacts can I display his company name by adding the Company name field from the field chooser into my inbox??
