1. how to keep track of emails
i'm sure there is an easy6 solution but i don't know it. i am an academic administrator, teacher, travel overseas a lot and have several personal projects. i get lots of email daily. how do i sort it and save the important stff. i'm tyrying to use journal. not sure if there's more.
2. Outlook-Spam in Subject line
Does anyone know why Outlook XP will put the word Spam in the subject line if an email when it is sent and how do I stop this from occurring?
3. Outlook 2000 Not saving sent messages in sent folder
If you are using outlook 2000, go to Options and under preferences, select e-mail options. Under the Message Handling option, make sure the "Save copies of messages in sent item folder" is checked off. 4. Reminders error
I'm getting the following error each morning on two outlook clients of exchange: There was a problem reading one or more of your reminders. SOme reminders may not appear. There is not enough memory to peform the operation. Any ideas?
5. Distribution list hangs on bad addresses
I've found that my distribution list will stop sending upon the first invalid email address it encounters. Say I've got 100 entries and # 51 is an old email like XXXX@XXXXX.COM , but Bob doesn't work there any more so XXXX@XXXXX.COM is invalid. My list will send out fine to 1 through 50, but when it hits 51 I get a returned error "unknown recipient" and the list just stops sending. 52 through 100 never get sent. Am I doing something wrong? Does anyone know how I can get around this? Thank you very much for any help.

Hello Group,

I'm sure there must be a shortcut to insert in an email (notes, appoint. 
etc.) the present Date & Time with out having to type it manually.

Example: Key-combination (xxxx) returns:  "Wednesday, July 26, 2006 1:05 PM"

Is there something like that in OL 2003?

I still can believe that Microsoft has not inluded this in OL, they have it 
in MS Word.
Thank you for the link and, for reminding me of the correct etymoloy of the 
word "assume" :-)

2.REMOVE DATE TIME PICKER FROM OL FORM

I created a form using the DateTimePicker Control to write in a field.
Then I removed the code of the DateTimePicker Control from the form.
When I publish the form to another computer where the DateTimePicker Control
is not installed, the form does not work.
If I install the DateTimePicker Control the form is working without 
problems.
I want to sent this contact form to other people who does not have this 
control.

In the fact I am not using the DateTimePicker Control but it must be
somewhere in the form, but I cannot find it.
If I put in the form another DTP Control in the activationlist it is
shown as DTP2 but there is no DTP1.
in designmode i removed all fields but I cannot see the dtp1 to delette it.
With code I set the size of DTPcontrol very big but still I cannot see the 
dtp1 to delette it

3.VB to create Date/Time in OL Contact\Notes

Hi I use Outlook Contacts \ Notes to do basic CRM it great. I wish to be 
able to create a date / time entry as I call a contact. The format would be 
dd/mm/yy HH:mm. It could be accessed from a key combo or a button attachable 
to the menu.

Can anybody start me off on this I'm involved in IT but never done any 
Outlook VB before.
