    Hi there We have Outlook 2003 running on a PC. If you click on the navigation buttons, they all work except for the Contacts and Calendar ones! I click on Mail, and all displays normally. I then click on Contacts, and the left most pane (pain) changes to show the contacts heading and current views etc, but the main pane in the middle remains on mail! Tried everything to fix, including installing Office 2003 SP1. Any ideas? Thanks, Neal

Remove "group by" header bar

Postby Joseph Scalise » Sun, 13 Mar 2005 04:50:02 GMT

Hello all. How do I remove the grey bar above my messages that says "Drag a
column header here to group by that column." I had my messages group by
something at one time, have removed that grouping and can't get this bar to
leave.

Thanks for the help.

Display the Advanced Toolbar and click once on the Group By button.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.

After furious head-scratching, Joseph Scalise asked this group:

How do I remove this option from my view in Outlook?

It sits right on top of my fields on inbox. Does anyone know what I am
talking about. It came up when I right click on a field and then selected
"group by this field" but when I took that option out and went back to the
just sorting by fields, there is box that sits on top of the fields which has
the word "Drag a column header here to group by that column." How do I get
rid of this?

Thanks!

5.Remove Word Men Bar & Tool Bars

Hello,

We developed a stand-alone VC++/MFC
application. We need the stand-alone
application to remove our Word Add-in
menu bar & tool bar.

We tried changing the Loadbehavior registy
key to 0x0, but that had no effect.

We found "bits" of information about
the CustomizationContext() method.

Has anyone used the CustomizationContext()
method in a VC++ application? If so,
could they please provide some sample
code snippets that shows how to implement
this method.

TIA,
Jacques
