Hello Group, I'm sure there must be a shortcut to insert in an email (notes, appoint. etc.) the present Date & Time with out having to type it manually. Example: Key-combination (xxxx) returns: "Wednesday, July 26, 2006 1:05 PM" Is there something like that in OL 2003? Thank you in advance, Manuel

If I add an additional email account to my current profile (POP server), how do I access it? I do not understand how to switch back and forth between email accounts in the same profile. Do I have to change the default email account everytime I want to access the other account? I understand that I can set up another profile, which is what I do. But why would anyone set up multiple accounts with the same profile if it is necessary to change the email account to default, close and reopen Outlook. Or is there a better way?

Quick Parts Font

Hi. I'm utilizing the Quick Parts feature but for some reason the
first line of any quick part I use is not stored. So for example the
first line is in the body font (Calibri) when I save the quick part
but when I go back to use it for some reason the first line is changed
to Times New Roman. Any ideas why or how to fix?

2.Quick Parts in Word 2007

Hi

I'm using quick parts in a word document and am finding they are nothing
like fields in that they print even when the related property is not set.

For example, I insert a quick part relating to the customer which I do not
set and "[Customer]" is printed.

Is there any way I can make sure "blank" Quick Parts do not print? This
would not have been a problem in Word 2003 using fields but apparently that
is not fasionable anymore...

Many thanks
