  • 1. [SPAM] in the subject
Hi, I'm using Outlook 2003. I have several email accounts, all working well, except one of them. Whenever I receive an email to this account the text "[SPAM]" will be added to the subject line. If I send using this email account the text will not be added. Any suggestions as to what's going on is very much appreciated. Thanks, Anna
  • 2. "reply" not in outbox , but tries to send from wrong account
I accidentally let a "reply receptpt requested" email go out from an account I cannot use to send. It is not in the outbox, but keeps trying to send. How can I get rid of it? I have installed outspy, but do not know how to use it. I am not very technical, explicit instructions appreciated.
  • 3. Get message body fields from Outlook into Excel
Hello, I have many messages in my Outlook email inbox. Each message has exactly the same format. Field1=Field1result <nl> Field2=Field2result <NL> ..... Field40=Field40 <NL> I have no experience in VBA and would appreciate a program that would populate an excel spreadsheet with these 40 fields based on the contents of my inbox. Thanks, Mike Jacobs

1.Moving multiple profiles from outlook 2000 on win98 to outlook 2002 on XP pro machines

We are in the process of upgrading our computers from win98 with
outlook 2000 to XP pro with outlook 2002. We are changing out all of
the workstation hardware. I have all of the workstations set up with
outlook 2000 with as many as 20 profiles, for different users, on each
machine. All of the profiles are pop3 accounts, and the .pst files are
located on a central file server (not on the workstations). Is there a
way to export the user profiles and import them onto the new machines.
When the original accounts were set up the users changed thier
passwords, so I would have to hunt down and sit down with each of the
employees for approximately 400 profiles to put into the new machines.
There has to be a way to just move the profiles to the new machines.
Any ideas would be welcome. Thanks in advance.

I installed a few Fonts, using the font installer in control panel..These
fonts will not show in Word, which is part of Office 2002...

I looked back into the fonts folder in CP, they are there.

Is there something I need to do in office 2002 to get these fonts to appear...

5.Problem exporting messages from Outlook Express on Win98 to Outlook 2000

I need to backup all of my messages in my inbox and sub folders in
Outlook Express. I need to wipe the harddrive and re-install. The
only way I see to do this is to export the messages to Outlook and
archieve there, save the Outlook archieve, wipe reload, restore in
Outlook and get it back over to Outlook Express. If there is a
simpler way to do this I would love appreciate any help.

With the strategy of sending the messages over to Outlook I go to
File, Export, Messages, I say OK to exporting to Outlook Express or
Exchange, in the Export Messages dialog All folders is chosen and
that's what I want, I hit ok and I get the following error message:

The export could not be performed

Your default MAPI store couild not be opened.

I did a search in both Outlook Express and Outlook and found nothing.

Please help!!
