Windows 98 machines unable to open Outlook 2002!
1.Moving multiple profiles from outlook 2000 on win98 to outlook 2002 on XP pro machines
We are in the process of upgrading our computers from win98 with outlook 2000 to XP pro with outlook 2002. We are changing out all of the workstation hardware. I have all of the workstations set up with outlook 2000 with as many as 20 profiles, for different users, on each machine. All of the profiles are pop3 accounts, and the .pst files are located on a central file server (not on the workstations). Is there a way to export the user profiles and import them onto the new machines. When the original accounts were set up the users changed thier passwords, so I would have to hunt down and sit down with each of the employees for approximately 400 profiles to put into the new machines. There has to be a way to just move the profiles to the new machines. Any ideas would be welcome. Thanks in advance.

5.Problem exporting messages from Outlook Express on Win98 to Outlook 2000
I need to backup all of my messages in my inbox and sub folders in Outlook Express. I need to wipe the harddrive and re-install. The only way I see to do this is to export the messages to Outlook and archieve there, save the Outlook archieve, wipe reload, restore in Outlook and get it back over to Outlook Express. If there is a simpler way to do this I would love appreciate any help. With the strategy of sending the messages over to Outlook I go to File, Export, Messages, I say OK to exporting to Outlook Express or Exchange, in the Export Messages dialog All folders is chosen and that's what I want, I hit ok and I get the following error message: The export could not be performed Your default MAPI store couild not be opened. I did a search in both Outlook Express and Outlook and found nothing. Please help!!
