Our new CEO is wanting his outlook single-day calendar to display only his working hours (between 8:00AM and 5:00PM). He said this his how Outlook was configured for him at list last job and he would like the same setup here. I've seached the internet and looked through all the options in Outlook but cannot find any such feature. Does this feature exists and if so how do you enable it? We are using Outlook 2003. - 3. Hello, Assuming that I subscribe for a Hotmail Plus account, I was wondering if it would be possible to receive my calendar (as well as contacts and Hotmail email) through Outlook (using the Outlook Connector) and have all these items syncing to a Windows Mobile device through ActiveSync? I've recently been thinking of a way to consolidate all my contacts/calendar using only the one store and being able to have access to them anywhere, without having to go to the expense of using Exchange. However, at the same time I want to be able to use Outlook to manage these items when at my main machine as well as having the content syncing up with my Windows Mobile device. Is this possible? Would there be any limitations to this approach then say just using Outlook to manage contacts/calendar? Many thanks! - 4. how to set up recurring meetings with specific dates?
I want to set up a recurring meeting but with specific dates. This means there is not a pattern of 1x / week or every 2nd tuesday of the month. I am trying to schedule a meeting in January and when I invite attendees, starting with January 1, 2008, it shows "no information" for their schedule. This happens on various versions of Outlook. I don't know if this is an Outlook issue or an Exchange Server issue. Should this be happening?

For some reason some of my mails will not show the danish , and . I have had the problem with at couple of mails now, and it is hard to understand the mails fully. I have Outlook 2007 (English). In some incoming messages the letters , and has disapered. They are replaced wih a empty space or a black square with a white ? in the middle. I know that some of this messages are sent with a Nokia N72 and Nokia E71 mobile phone. This do not happen when I send a message to my self with Outlook 2007. This was not a problem when I used Outlook 2003 (Swedish)

When I send mails to certain contacts, the letters are changed to something strange, not i my mail but when the receiver opens it. They don't have the same problem when receiving from others that use these danish letters, so I gather it must be my problem. I use XP danish version on one computer and 2003 english version on another computer, but it happens on both computers. It does not help that, when answering a mail, I change it to HTML. Any ideas as to what the problem is -- LTJ
