1.Outlook calendar events change by themselves.
From 1 day to the next, items posted as tasks or appointments in my claendar change all by themselves. It can be as simple as the time changes or the day. How can appointments written by me change and I did not change them?
2.Calendar Events Expanding by Themselves
I enter an event on 1 person's computer, check the 'All Day Event' check box, save and close. Then on another person's computer that event has expanded to cover the previous day too. The event on the 1st computer is still correct but the same event viewed on another computer has expanded by itself. We are using Outlook 2000 w/MS Exchange Server. I have read about something like this happening due to different time zones but my problem is happening in the same room. Anyone know anything about this?
3.Editing and changing calendar events created by a deleted user
We terminated an employee who had scheduled out meetings in the future and is the meeting organizer. We deleted this employee from Outlook. How can we access these meetings to cancel them or re-schedule them?
4.deleted calendar items keep replacing themselves after deletion
Background: I use a PocketPC running MS Windows CE 3.0. I had this synced to Outlook at my former job, which ran Windows NT. When I started my new job, I synced the same PocketPC to my new computer's Outlook, which runs Windows XP. At my old job, I had some appointments scheduled in Outlook for way back in April. I hooked my PocketPC up, synced with Outlook, and all was well. Ever since then, however, three of these ancient appointment recur themselves in the deleted items folder, over and over again (current count is over 100 recurrences each). The dates, however, range from 9/9-9/17. Even when I empty the deleted items folder, these same three appointments show up again within as few as 5 minutes. What's going on and how do I get rid of this bug? It must be through the PocketPC, right? I'm concerned in part because I'm trying to set up WorkgroupShare among three networked computers and I don't want this bug infecting their systems when we get synced. Any ideas? Thanks in advance!
5.getting calendar event reminder for deleted event
I keep getting a reminder for an event that has been deleted from my calendar in Outlook 2002. The event is past due but has been deleted so I get an error message saying there has been an error dismissing the reminder. How can I repair this? I've tried running Scanpst.exe but no joy. thanks, Larry
