Roadrunner won't support Outlook. Outlook 2003 assistance site does not provide info I need, at least, not that I can find it if it is there.... Have I wasted all this money on Outlook 2003 and Roadrunner?

Certainly Road Runner has instructions for setting up accounts via Outlook Express. Set them up exactly the same way in Outlook. Obviously the menus and menu items are different, but the account settings, like SMTP and POP servers, username, password, and server authentication are identical. -- Brian Tillman
pop-server.satx.rr.com is the POP3 smtp-server.satx.rr.com is the SMTP you will do it this way and make it whatever your city and state is. EX: pop-server.nyc.rr.com is the POP3 smtp-server.nyc.rr.com is the SMTP
HERE IS THE EXAMPLE AND FOLLOW IT ACCORDINGLY. YOUR PROBLEM WILL BE RESOLVED. ANOTHER SURE FIRE WAY IT WILL BE RESOLVED IS KEEP CALLING THE ISP THAT YOU ARE PAYING FOR AND GET A TIER 3 TECHNICIAN: EXAMPLE OF HOW TO ENTER THE SMTP IN WINDOWS MAIL: FIRST GO TO ADD ACCOUNT AND THEN.... you will CHANGE the city and/or state to yours: EX: pop-server.____________.rr.com is the POP3 (INCOMING MAIL) smtp-server.___________.rr.com is the SMTP (OUTGOING MAIL) LEAH
1.Getting email through Roadrunner off server and into Outlook 2003
I connect through Roadrunner and use Outlook 2003 for my email. As of yesterday, I can't receive email and received this message, "Warning: Your e-mail storage quota has been exceeded. This quota includes all folders, not just your Inbox. Please save your e-mail to your PC and remove it from the server or new mail may not be received." According to RR this apparently is an OL2003 issue and as they do not provide support on OL2003, I was not able to get any answers from them. Has anyone encountered a similar problem and how can I resume getting my email through OL2003 again?

Kyle, From your Outlook enable your addins one by one after the BCM add in is enabled. This worked for me. 3.Outlook 2003/Business Contact Manager/Getting Things Done Add-in
I am looking for a solution for two business partners who want to use Outlook as a CRM. I have the GTD add-in and when I installed the BCM, none of my add-ins would work and Outlook wanted to disable all of them. I restored my system to before the installation. Is it possible to have these add-ins and BM? Is it possible to use Outlook and achieve the same *report* results as you would get using ACT! - a top-level report of all of the clients and their status, activities, notes, etc?
