Filtering of domains

I am using Outlook version 9.0.0.2416 (it came with the Office 2000 program
installed on a refurbished computer that I purchased from Dell) and would
like to be able to filter emails from specific domains but have not been
able to figure out how. Can anybody help.

Is there a way to create a Rule to automatically move all
messages from a certain domain to a folder for mailbox
maintenance purposes?
The only thing I can seem to do with domains is block them
completely or let them pass through to the Inbox.
I tried using a wildcard as a Sent From (ie. *@domain.com)
which did not kick out any errors, but when I run the rule
none of the emails from the specified domain were sent to
the folder specified in the rule.
Any ideas?
Thank you.

5.Junk filtering by Domain
It would be useful, instead of blocking only specific email addresses, to be able to block all addresses from the DOMAIN from which a junk mail is sent. I know it is possible to go into the junk mail handling routine and manually edit out the bit in front of the @ sign, but I've long since given up trying to keep up with that exercise
If this is not possible, is there some way to extract the list (into Excel, perhaps?), shave of the first part, then it them back in?
