In the From column of my inbox, it shows only the sender's "friendly" name. Is there a way to display the sender's email address? This would make it easier to screen spam manually without reading them. Outlook 2003 on winXP home.

I'm using Outlook 2002 SP3 & recently set up a 2nd email address with the same ISP. I receive messages but can't select which email address I want to send from. The message box doesn't inlcude a From button & when I click accounts in the message box my only option is the two ISP send options, no email account names. I've had many problems with this version of Outlook & suspect it's corrupt. Would updating to newer version solve the problems?

I have Outlook 2003, and I am using Word as the editor. I have my signature set to automactically insert in a new message. But when I forward a message it inserts above the message. What I was to know is how can I insert it manualy, where I want it? (I want the WHOLE siganture that I made up, not just my name which I can insert using, insert, autotext signature.)

password protect outgoing mail attachments

I send out word + excel documents to tradesman specifying job details and
costs. I've found at that they have been editing there own workloads!
Is there any way that I can default a password to protect each outgoing
attachment? Without individually passwording each document upon saving.

Advice would be greatly appreciated.

That is not up to Outlook but to the application that handles/creates the
documents.

You can convert the documents to a PDF file which can't be altered but this
is not related to Outlook in any way.

My company sends attachments (office files) to clients via

Is there anyway to have outlook tell the user that the
