  • 1. Receive messages disappearing
    Gurus, Need help. Using Outlook 2003, part of Small Business Edition Office. Occationally, I see emails received into my inbox for a brief second then they dissappear. I have no rules or alerts set up. I can receive other emails from the same senders. The disappearing messages are not going to a personal folder nor to the deleted folder. I do not find them when I search for the email with advanced find. Does anyone have any ideas? Please advise, LS
  • 2. Using Send To from a word document uses wrong Sent Items folder
    Word 2007 and Outlook 2007. My default mail account in Outlook is IMAP. If I send a document as an attachment via email from within Word 2007, it sends via the default mail account, but puts the sent item into the Sent Items Folder in Personal Files, NOT the Sent folder in the IMAP folder list. Sending a new email from within Outlook puts the copy in the IMAP Sent Items folder and not the Sent Items in Personal Folders. Is there a setting somewhere to fix this?

    I have set up two signatures one for New and one for replies and forwards. On some email addresses the signature does not appear as edited when created. The signature appears but in very large text and without the small image I have added. The problem does not occur when creating new mails.

    We recently finished an update from Microsoft, and one of the changes has added an '@' symbol in front of the fax numbers- now our 1000 fax distruibution lists will not fax at all. I have tried everything I can think of, but it always inserts the '@' back in. HELP!!!!

my outlook will hang when i recieve an attachment word file with arabic name 
if the same file i change to english name its works fine. so any one can 
answer to my question.

i have a problem with attachments in outlook 2007
somebody try to send me attachment file via mail.
i can see the attachment icon in the subject line but i cannot see any 
attachment file.
i didn't get any notification like " outlook prohibit files " etc.
who know how can I see the attachment file that other sent me?

5.Word hangs when trying to save a file or open a file 

Word hangs when I try to save a file or open a file when I click on the "Look 
In" drop down arrow.  The same is happening with Excel and Power Point.  I 
have already uninstalled and reinstalled the applications and still have the 
same problem.  After I use the recover tool it seems to work fine. I am using 
the Studen teacher edition.  Can soomeone help.
