My outlook 2003 setup receives Pop3 mail fine and I can send a Test message using the 'Test Account Settings' button in the 'Internet E-mail Settings (POP3)' pane but when I try to send a real message I get the following System Administrator message.... 'The following recipient(s) could not be reached: 'recipient name' on date/time 550 Recipient Not Authorised [recipient rejected due to no authorised destination groups]' What causes this and what is a 'destination group' anyhow? Many thanks for any help Ray Bridges
  • 2. Block sender ?
Is there a quicker way to block sender, rather than go into each one individually. I get a lot of spam (up to 50 per day, sometimes more), and i'd like to be able to select 50 entries and 'block sender' on all those, rather that having to go into each entry separately, click block sender, click OK, etc. Cheers Andy

Postby U3RlZmFu » Thu, 17 Aug 2006 16:31:02 GMT

Hello,

With an email-rule i can forward some mails to my boss. However, it has to
work when i'm on a holiday and my computer is off.

How can i do it.

We have exchange-server 2003. But the only thing that i can find are the
internal email-adresses.

Who can help me.

If you're using an Exchange Server along with Outlook you may be able to use
the Rules Wizard or Out-Of-Office Assistant

1.OE2003 download error

I am having a problem that I am in need of help with. first, here's the
setup:

Mixed OS and Outlook version environment, mostly windows 2000 pro,
some XP pro boxes
    about 17 Outlook 2000 and 2002 machines, 5 Outlook 2003 boxes.
Domain environment, four win 2000 AS servers, one NT 4.0
We are running and exchange server, but this will be shutdown due
to outsourcing email to another company

here's the problem. all email clients are setup with an exchange and a
POP3 email account. all of the Outlook 2000 and OE 2002 boxes work
perfect, our problem is with Outlook 2003.
all of the clients are set to auto check for messages every 5 minutes,
and it seems to work, we receive and we send messages throughout the
day, and all seems well. that is, untill you manually click on send and
receive, and it downloads up to 267 messages up to two weeks old! (yes
we've had that exact scenario happen). to make it more complecated, all
of the clients are the same version, same build (installed off the same
disc even, with their seperate keys), but mine and one other never have
the problem, two always have the problem, and one sometimes has it!!

any ideas?

3.Using rules to forward Outlook email to Gmail - getting forwarded email showing up in inbox

Is there something wrong with the way I'm setting up this rule? I set
it up to forward every message I receive to "people or distribution
list" and have it forwarded to my gmail address. Now when it gets
forwarded a copy of the sent email is placed in my inbox. Is there any
way I can eliminate this redundant step?

4.How do I forward emails ONLY from a certain file (ie "forward" fil

I would like to setup a rule to forward ONLY emails from a certain folder
that i'm naming "forward" in outlook to another email address. I am unable to
figure out how using the rules. The reason that i cannot just forward them
from incoming is because i don't have access to the emails coming in, but can
manually put them in this folder and i need to filter them really quick
before sending them out. I deal with about 150-200 at my job in a day so this
would be a HUGE help. Thank you Robert.

5.Font size for forwarded email changes when forwarding in Outlook 2

Dear All,

I have a rather strange issue with outlook 2007.
When users in our compagny forward an email the fontsize of previous emails
are increased with 20%.
What I'm trying to say is that the first email change size from 10pt to 12pt.
With the next forward this changes to 15pt and so on..
These accounts run through an exchange server which seems to be causing the
problem. Is this an option that can be turned on or off ?

Does anybody know this?

Thnx in advance.
