1. Transfer Earthlink E-mails to MS Outlook
I want to transfer all my E-Mail data to Outlook including archives,addresses then use outlook as the default for future e-mails. I can designate Outlook as the default on earthlink but I don't know how to transfer my current and old data.
2. Outlook so it will send an email immediately when send is clicked
When I click Send, the stays in the Outbox until I click Send/Receive or the auto Send/Receive activates. How can I make it Send immediately? Peggy
3. Outlook spell check window obscures the highlighted text it's che.
When spell check is running on an email, the Spelling window is often hiding the text it is checking. The box should move around.
4. Make IP telephone calls directly from Outlook.
I have recently started using IP telephony @ home and for work as well and I'm missing a function in Outlook which allows me to use my contact base in Outlook and basically make a phonecall directly from the Outlook application via a press of a button when placed on the contact I want to call...

In some emails (not all) for graphics I receive an empty square with an X in 
the upper left corner.  I tried making Picture Viewer as the default viewer 
for jpeg.  That didn't help.  Any help out there?

Check your settings on Download Pictures located under Tools - Options - 
Security tab.

4.Missing Graphics in Incoming Messages

I have a new installation of Outlook 2003.  I am not receiving graphics 
embedded in incoming messages.  The graphics are not available even after I 
right click on the InfoBar and select Download Pictures or Add Sender to 
Safe Sender's List.  Outlook Help suggests that I can right click on one of 
the red X placeholders in a message and in the shortcut menu select Download 
Pictures.  However, no such option appears in the Shortcut Menu when I right 
click on the red X's.  I don't know if this is related; but when I select 
Outlook Help I am informed that I cannot access Help offline.  The fact is, 
though, I am online; and I can access Help.  Any ideas or suggestions would 
be appreciated.

5.Missing graphics in received mail

I am getting messages from reliable sources that are html formatted that 
contain graphics; probably jpgs and gifs.

These emails are from ZDNET etc. that contain pictures ( or probably 
links to the graphics) of authors and products reviewed and for sale.

All I see are place holders and not the graphics.  It used to work but 
doesn't now.

Am using Outlook 2000 on WinXP.

What changed????
