Aloha KJ, What version of Outlook are you using? What do you mean by "shifts"? What format is the e-mail message you're sending? -Ben- Ben M. Schorr - MVP http://www.**--****.com/ Microsoft OneNote FAQ: http://www.**--****.com/
I was wondering if it is possible to have that whenever I send a business email it should open with my letterhead? Sol

I'd like to know if somebody know how to set (formulate - mail - set up), in a Microsoft Outlook mail, a letterhead (i.e. a company logo), as in Outlook Express, where text does not overwrite logo. I tried to create an imaging file, but I'm not able to set head margin of the mail. In this case, when I'm typing my text, first lines typed overwrite my logo.
Is there a way I can import a scanned image of my company letterhead to use as a template for my outgoing emails?
Yes, it's called Stationary, an easy way to do it, use word to make the letterhead (insert/picture/from file- choose your scanned image), then save the document as html, then in tools/options/mail format - stationary picker, select it.
"Stationary" meand "not moving". "Stationery" is the word you want. -- Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook]
I must be missing something. I don't see an option for 'stationary picker' in my Outlook. Mine says 'Stationary & Fonts' and doesn't give me an option to select a new one. It does in the Signature tab. I have my letterhead saved as html, but I can't find an option to drop it into my stationary selection. What am I missing?

I would like to setup a function where I can write in a blank page, and then print it using the saved letterhead: i.e. it would be as though I loaded the printer with printed letterhead sheets, and then printed the documents to those sheets.
