Hi guys, I have a user. Recently, her last name was changed and a new mailbox was created for her. Her superior has granted her necessary rights to access his calendar/contacts list. When she uses her superior's calendar to send out invitations, when the invitee select Accept/Decline, the invitee will get the following error message. "The e-mail account does not exist at the organization this message was sent to. Check the e-mail address, or contact the recipient directly to find out the correct address." I have checked her superior's permission and verify that the permissions are granted to the new user account as the editor. Please advise if anything i have missed out. Best Regards

I had previously changed my gmail to work through Outlook 2007. When I did this it allowed me to access all my messages (350). Because of a virus problem, I was forced to reinstall my original laptop configuration. I restored just about everything but when I set up Gmail through Outlook, I am only getting 3 days worth of messages (5). What is the problem.

Opening .pst from CD?

Postby U0FAQkxQ » Thu, 12 Jan 2006 07:37:03 GMT

If I've archived a folder of emails to CD as a .pst file, how can I open them
again in Outlook?

I tried saving the file to my hard drive, then using 'Open' - 'Outlook Data
File' but Outlook tells me

"The file C:\...etc. test.pst is not a personal folders file"

I have already un-checked the Read Only box in Properties, so its not that.
Strangely, the same file can be opened from the computer that I originally
exported the .pst to. But after it has been resaved to my hard drive from the
CD, it can't be accessed.

Please help?

Unless you corrupted the file, all you need to do is move it to a hard drive
and remove its read only attribute then open it in Outlook.
How did you create and transport this file?

You can't open a PST file on CD. Outlook needs read and write access to the
PST file.

You have to copy it first to a hard drive, then you can open it....

4.unable to open .pst file retrieved from CD

Outlook (exchange 2003) will not allow me to open a .pst file that I have
retrieved from CD.
I have already un-checked the Read Only box in Properties, so its not that.

Strangely, the same file can be opened from the computer that I originally
exported the .pst to. But after it has been resaved to my hard drive from the
CD, Outlook tells me
