Hi Alan, your Outlook version is? For Outlook 2000/2002: http://www.**--****.com/ #ifb Outlook 2003 http://www.**--****.com/ "Alan" < XXXX@XXXXX.COM > schrieb im Newsbeitrag
Thanks for that . I am on 2003 and the link provided useful info on how to set the sytsem up. I have followed the instruction and I get an error message that the 'write operation failed at url xxxxxxx'. I have gone into the url via ftp and have verified that it does exist. I am thinking that maybe the issue is that Outlook is not presenting a user name and password to the web address. Do you know if I can set a user name that will be used for the send job? Thanks very much for your help.
Hi Alan, I found this site with additional instruction if you use a username and password: http://www.**--****.com/ "You must specify the user and password information in the FTP URL as follows: ftp://User: XXXX@XXXXX.COM /Usersfolder/Freebusy/<SMTP domain>/<SMTP alias>.vfb" "Alan" < XXXX@XXXXX.COM > schrieb im Newsbeitrag

Publish 2 months free/busy information on the Server. Update free/busy information on the server every 15 minutes. I don't know why this is here. I have never shared my calendar except with my pda. Thanks for looking into this. 5.Outlook 2007 Calendar-cannot share calendar with Free/Busy Permiss
I have a manager that insists that she could share her calendar and give only Free/Busy permissions and the recipient could only see the blocked times without being able to open/read anything. When I try to share my calendar using "Share My Calendar" or manually entering the Permissions for a recipient, the only way that they can see anything is if it is set to Reviewer/Full Details. The Free/Busy seems to work only when using the Scheduling Assistance where it shows you the recipients blocked times so that meetings don't conflict. I tried copying my calendar and the Permissions no longer show the Free/Busy option. Is it possible to share the calendar with only Fee/Busy and no details?
6. Free/busy information missing on Outlook client computers using Exchange 2007
