Thank you for your reply. The e-mails are going where they are supposed to go but there is no record of them, like in Outlook. Are the Rules that you are talking about setting up in Word, or in Outlook? "Jezebel" wrote: > Are the sent emails going somewhere else? On my previous system (Windows 98/WORD 2000) I created a doc that I can open on my new XP system. I can see the 50+ labels and modify them. I am not able to get them to print. When I choose to do so via "Labels" option all I seem to get is one label printed or four labels (WORD displays labels in groupings of four). I can print an entire page of one address but am not able to print all 50+ different ones . Never seem to be able to get to point where labels appear as they should print. I am doing all this via WORD. I am not desiring to "Merge" anything from Outlook or a database. Just want to print this WORD file in 5160 label format. Any suggestions?

I am unable to remove the BLUE SCREEN selection in TOOLS - OPTIONS - GENERAL tab. I delete the check and get the white screen. When returning to Word, the blue screen is once again selected much like it was set as default! How do I get my white screen to return when I open MSWORD?

these CD labels?

1.template for Burlington CD label

Template shows up in box when I click "new" and loads on
screen. (shows outline of CD quarter label) I can type the
label information and it looks OK on screen. When I print,
the only thing that prints is the outline of the label
(what was on the template) and nothing that was added by
typing in MS word.

Any ideas/help??
