I was able to print my return address on my envelopes without any problem and then all of the sudden it quit printing. If I print preview the return address is there and I dont have the omit button checked.....I dont understand why it is now not printing nor can I find a solution to fix it, maybe someone has an easy solution for me to fix it. Thanks.

Does the return address appear in the return address box of the envelope dialog? If it does, then either the Envelope Return paragraph style is formatted in white colour or the data key in the registry has become corrupt. Rename the data key associated with your Word version - http://www.**--****.com/ for another purpose. Graham, In my preview box it does appear and I do not have checked off to omit however it still does not print...how do I check the paragraph style to see if it is formatted in white color?? I am also working with Word 2007 and Windows Vista if that helps. Thanks, Victoria

4.Envelope size E5 (or custom envelope) won't print return address
When I try to use the E5 envelope (Tools, Letters and Mailings, Envelopes and Labels, Options), it won't print the return address. I get a message "The margins of section 1 are set outside the printable area of the page". The same occurs when I create a custom envelope the size I want (8.75" x 5.75"). 5.Envelopes: Delivery Address Prints As Return Address
This was working fine before. Maybe my finger slipped, but for no apparent reason, word has been printing delivery addresses where return addresses should go. Under "Envelope Options" (accessed by clicking the preview in the Envelopes and Labels dialogue), delivery addresses are set to print .4" from the left and .25" from the top. I can make it work by changing these to "Auto", but the change is temporary, meaning I have to do this manually with every single envelope I print. As I said, it was working before. What could have caused this change? How can I fix it?
