For some reason, in the document I am editing with Track Changes, an automatic numbering turns on whenever I add a comment. I can delete it and enter the comment just fine, but that is annoying. When I switch to Outline view, the default shows all the lines of the text. I'd like by default to show only the Level 2 headers. Or Level 1, 2, and 3. This used to work in Word 2003, but I can't make it work in Word 2007.

4.line style, dash style, arror style not working
They are on the tool bar, but they aren't lit up when I click on them.
5.Styles & Formatting Task Pane Not Working?
I've created a macro that creates an outline (linked to the built-in nine heading styles) and also adds some other custom styles into the document. After I run the macro and use any of the heading styles, my styles all appear in the Styles & Formatting Task Pane, but the option to "Select All" paragraphs containing the styles is grayed out (and says "Not Currently Used"). I've tried removing the paragraph attached to that style and adding it back into the document--but no matter what I do, the Styles and Formatting Task Pane appears to be unable to 'find' the style in the document! Also, the Task Pane can't seem to 'find' any of my other styles in the document either (these other styles have user-defined names that are not the same as any built-in style names). Any thoughts? Thanks!
