Hello, I have a Word to PDF conversion problem. I have created a form in Word 2003 that I want to convert into a PDF. My only fields are "Text Form Field" and "Checkbox Form Field." I use the LifeCycle function in Acrobat Professional 8 to automatically identify form information and convert my Word form into a PDF form (as I have over 400 standard checkboxes I don't want to do this manually). Text Form Fields are only converted when they are underlined with a solid black line (white underlining doesn't work) or in a table that has at least one border line. Not the best answer but I can live with it. Checkboxes are not recognized at all (something to do with HML/XML coding issue?). Does anyone know how to trick Acrobat into "seeing" my checkboxes? Due to presentation, I can't used underlined text fields. thank-you karen
