I am making a photo calendar and want to print the calendar on 12 full pages which will be opposite 12 full page photos. I downloaded the Microsoft Office template for "2006 calendar (basic)," version "Word 2000 or later." The template does not include the little versions of the previous and coming months on each monthly calendar page, and I would like to add those. I haven't seen a way to do this- I'd appreciate any help!
  • 2. Macro to copy-paste web page to word
Hi, Is there a way to automate the process of copying and pasting a web page to a word document? I have a macro which opens the active IE window as a word document and then tries to search for a particular term in it. The macro works fine with some web pages, but sometimes it does show the entire web page contents( especially tables) when that web page is opened as a word document. So I was wondering if there is a way to simply copy-paste the web page into a word document instead of opening the web page as a word document. I need a macro to do this. Thanx.
  • 3. Hyperlink conversion: Word =>> PDF
I have tried a half-dozen converters, and can't solve this problem. All will pick up a URL in the text of a document and make it a hyperlink in the PDF, but I want to embed the URL as a hyperlink in the text of the Word document. I only found one that would do this, but it would not render the complex page formatting properly. Most products preserve the text formatting -- underlined and blue -- but there's no hyperlink attached to the text in the PDF. I have tried Neevio, Nuance (ScanSoft), PDF-Xchange, and others. Even Adobe's online conversion failed at this. Does anyone know of a product that will do this?
  • 4. Alignment problems when Printing Labels
I am attempting to print my Xmas address list onto Avery L7163 labels. I am using Word in Office 2003 and XP as my operating system. I have used ToolsLetters...Envelopes and Labelsetc to get a blank template, typed in my addresses within the borders and printed, onto Avery branded labels, only to find that the bottom 4 rows of addresses do not print inside the label boundaries, but overspill onto the adjacent labels. I then have to go into those addresses, move them down the page, print on ordinary paper, check the alignment with the labels by hand and finally print onto labels. But surely the whole idea is that I do not have to juggle the spacing, that is what the template should do? I have checked that I have my printer set to A4 and Word page set up to A4, as suggested as a fix elsewhere on this forum but this does not help, and would appreciate any tips to resolve the problem. I have asked around colleagues at the office and they all seem to have the same problem. Is there a patch/update I am missing? -- IJ
  • 5. Send Document as attachment
I want to send a report from Word as an attachment to an email consisting of a brief introduction. One way is to open and write the email, then attach the document, which works. Another way is to select "Send to Mail Recipient (as attachment)" which opens a window allowing me to address the email and write an introduction. When I use this second method, however, the introduction is stripped out of the email, resulting in my recipient getting a blank sheet (with attachment) and wondering what the attachment is. Is there a setting I have overlooked? Thank you

In Normal view, go to View | Footnotes. On the toolbar of the Footnote pane
there is a dropdown list box. Choose Footnote Separator or Footnote
Continuation Separator. You can't actually change the line, but you can
delete it and substitute something else (you can also copy/paste it if you
want a longer line).

2.Footnote Separator Followed by Line Space

I have a line space between my footnote separator and my first footnote. The
footnote style has "0" points before each footnote ("6" points after to
force space in between). I can't find a way to get rid of the line space
after the seperator. I have tried going to normal view, view footnotes, then
delete it, but nothing happens.

Any thoughts? Thanks in advance.

3.Footnote Separator Line Disappears

This question was posted by someone in September; no reply is shown. <br><br>When I insert a footnote in a Word for Mac document, a line separates the last line of text from the footnote. Then the separating line disappears. I've tried re-doing the footnotes numerous times. <br><br>Also, is there a way to apply the style of a footnote reference number (in text) to all of them?
