1. How do I change my text from English to another language
I met some new friends on a recent cruise that are from Germany. They speak minimal English. I would like to be able to type them a letter in English, but then change it to German (or however it works in Word) so that they may read it easily. How do I go about doing this?
2. Is there a template for a Terms of Reference available?
With a view to creating a formal agreement between two parties it is usual for a Terms of Reference be established that both parties agree to. This lays out the subject matter, common objectives, ways in which the objectives will be reached (usually via 'tasks' or 'products') i.e tangible documents or other outputs that allow delivery of the final complete product (final objective). I was wondering if such a template is available.
3. Can you use Track changes and the insert override function togeth.
Can you use Track changes and the insert override function together? When i turn on track changes i can't just type over old text. I have to highliht the text to type over it.
4. Create an image from a table
I've created a table in Word with text and pictures in various cells. I'd like to save the table as a picture somehow so I can use it in a range of documents. In Excel you can use Shift - Edit - Copy Picture on selected cells but there doesn't seem to be an alternative in Word. Any help would be much appreciated
5. How do i make the XML Schemas tab appear?
I am a student working on a projece that requires me to use the XML Schena tab from the Templates and Add-ins menu off the Tools menu. It does not exist on my machine, i just installed Office 2003 Professional. Help Me!

Deleting documents from WORD files

I downloaded files from the internet and used WORD to open 
them, thus the files are now in the WORD "file" folder.
I have tried just about everything to delete them.  They 
are listed as Document 1, Document 2, and Document 3.
Please help me to delete these files.

I had documents listed on my Office Word 2007.  I have deleted the 
files/documents but they are still listed on my "recent documents' area.  I

From what I've been reading, Office creates temp files to 
your hard drive for the documents you open in office. 
Once, you close the file, the temp file should be 
deleted, however, mine are not.

I size of the temp directory that has been holding 
these "temp" files has grown to 112MB. When I try to 
delete the files I receive the following error, Cannot 
delete file: cannot read from the source file or disk.

Any thoughts on how to get rid of these files?
Any advice is appreciated.

Does anybody know how (or if it even is possible) to 
delete the documents that are shown under the "open a

(The menu works like a "recent documents" menu, but I
