I have a power point slide I would like to insert into word document (as link/ no link..doesn't matter ). Process of inserertion is errorless, but own power point componets (rectangles, lines, especially arrows) are resized disproportional after insertion into word document. For example, if you have drawn power point slide in small dimensions, gigantic arrows overlay the rest of the picture in word document. Can you help with this curiosity? Thank you for the help. L.

  • 5. Inconsistent Behavior while Copying and Pasting Images
Hi folks. I don't if this is the fault of word or the fault or RoboHelp X5 which I am also using, but I am getting inconsistent behavior when trying to transfer data from Word to RoboHelp... I only need to updata a minor portion of a RoboHelp project from a User Manual written in Word so I am reluctant to attempt an import. So I attempted a copy and paste. The strange thing was that some images copied and pasted without problems. while other images would not paste in Robohelp. I don't understand why except that perhaps the underlying image format may not be one that is allowed in the Robohelp HTML format. -- Henry Stock, Network Administrator onProject.com 3 Wing Drive Cedar Knolls, NJ 07927-1006

Postby mikedee » Thu, 04 Dec 2003 13:24:22 GMT

I am using Office XP w/SP2 and anytime I trya and access
the clipart I recieve an "Error Code 0x8007000E" Out of
memory or storage space. As far as I can tell I have
plenty of memory since the machine has 1Gb of ram and
more than enough free harddrive space.

Any help would be available!

1.Clip Art Error code: 0x8007000E

We have the SBS 2000 Server OS (SP4) running on a Domain
Controller and Terminal Server with 25 local XP clients
and 2 remote XP clients connected through the TS. We have
Word 2002 installed on the TS.

Whenever the non-Administrator users login to the TS and
try to insert Clip Art into Word, they get the following
error:

"Not enough memory. Try closing other applications or
restart the computer.
Not enough storage is available to complete this
operation. Error Code 0x8007000E"

I found KB article 820070 which directly addresses this
problem and I followed the recommended workaround by
downloading these two files and installing them onto the
TS. However, after these were installed the problem is
still not fixed. What else can I do to fix this?

I am able to insert Clip Art when I login to the TS with
the Administrator account, but then after I added one of
the regular users to the Administrator group this still
didn't enable them to insert clip art.

What can I do to fix this?

2.Error Code 0x80010105- Trying to use the clip art gallery

I am trying to use the Clip art gallery.

Clip Organizer cannot complete the operation. The server
threw an exception.

Error Code 0x80010105

I had this problem with Word 2002 and still have it with
Word 2003. What do I need to do to fix this?

Thanks for any help.

3.Clip gallery user database failed to open when trying to insert clip art

Version: 2008
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Processor: Intel

I have a teacher that gets the message "Clip gallery user database failed to open" every time she tries to insert clip art in Word or PowerPoint. I have already tried to trash the preferences (and empty the trash) for the clip gallery in the user's library and I have tried repairing her permissions. If logged in as another user, the clip gallery works fine.

This is driving me CRAZY and I really need to move on to other support issues. Please help!
