  • 3. Excel Library Access 2003
Hi Is there anyway of installing the Excel Object library in Access 2003 without actually installing Excel. Or is there anyway of deleteing Excel and leaving the library in place. The reason for my question is I have developed an Access application which runs on 50 plus pcs. The application included Excel reporting. Unfortunately we have 50 Access licenses and only 10 Excel licenses. Those pcs without an Excel license run the same application but wont be reporting in Excel. But without the library, which only seems to be in place with Excel installed, the application will not compile. ANY help will be very gratefully received. Thank you in advance.

Binder replacement for Office 2003?

Postby Ann » Sun, 03 Oct 2004 02:10:15 GMT

We used Binder to organize all of our training materials.
Now that we're running Office 2003 on XP, the old one
won't work. Anyone have suggestions for a good replacement?

Thanks so much.

3.Is there a replacement for Binder in Office XP

I am trying to find a way to keep multiple types of files together in an
easily accessible format. From what I remember about Binder that would have
been a good solution, but it is not supported in XP. I could always write a
local web page I guess, but that seems a little more effort than should be
necessary.

Any thoughts?
