I need some assistance with office 2003. I have a volume license to install the program at work which is the Veterans Administration in Ann Arbor Michigan. I am upgrading from office 2000. What I am finding out is that some word and power point documents created in 2000 wont open in 2003. In fact it crashes office all together. This has happened on several upgraded XP systems with office 2003. All are newer Dells

XP Home w/ Outlook express 6. I loaded Office XP, which repeatedly broke my PC so I uninstalled and then loaded the older Office 2000 product which works fine. I think because I imported a backup of my inbox *.pst file I have created a *.pst file that for some reason contains 2 Personal Folders in it.. I have tried everything I can think of to get rid of the duplicate Personla Folder including follwoing the steps found in Microsoft Knowledge Base Artical 278167 which desribes my exact problem only for the Outlook2002 version.... any idea's how to resolve this issue for Outlook 2003 would be greatly appreciated as this knowledge base does not fix my problem...
