1. why do temp internet files keep filling up my office picture prog
every time i use the internet and then go to office picture program, it's full of temporary internet files, logos and other on line files. sometimes a couple of thousand. can someone tell me what i have done wrong? it's driving me nuts.

3. Office Pro 2003 "save as" freeze-ups
I have a Dell Inspiron E1505 Laptop with an intel duo core processor and I am runnning windows media edition 2005 and office XP pro 2003. My "save as" function keeps freezing up and if I wait about two minutes it unfreezes and I can do one step and then it freezes again. Any ideas as to whether it is an office or operating problem etc. and how to resolve it? Sincerely, Tom
4. Excel - Empty cells?
Using Excel 2000 on W2K sp4 pc's. My problem is using the same excel file on some pc's we see text in the cells and on some pc's, those same cells are empty. The contents of these cells contain simple text. Does anyone have an idea what would cause these cells to show differently depending on what pc it is opened with? Thanks!
5. printer default properties
When changing the printer properties for a specific print job these changes will remain for the entire session unless I use the restore defaults option at the start of a new print job. Is there any way to configure the system so that the properties will automatically revert to the defaults after every job? I am running Windows XP, using microsoft word and am sending to a Canon IR 2200.

Bought Proofing tools 2003.  However, I only have a standalone Word 2002, 
without full office.  Tried to install Proofing Tools and a message pops up 
demanding a CD with Office programme. What do I do?

You need Word 2003 to use Proofing Tools 2003. They are specific to each 
version of Office.

    Fresh install Windows XP Pro with SP3
    Office 2007 Pro

Symptom:
     Office 2007 Pro Install Error Message: 
        "Setup cannot find Proofing.en-us\Proof.es\Proof.cab"

When I go to the specific directory and click on it and retry I get the 
error message "Invalid location". If I retry from a parent directory (IE: 
\Proofing.en-us) I get the same "Invalid location" message. 

I can see the appropriate files on the CD. Trying something else I attempted 
to copy the parent directory (Proofing.en-us) and all contents to the C: 
drive. I was then going to try to specify that as the place to look for the 
files. All files copied except for \Proof.es\Proof.cab which gave a CRC error.

I have not had a problem when I installed Office 2007 in the past.

2.Installing English proofing tool-Outlook Express

I've been told I can solve the French dictionary problem in Outlook Express 
6.0 by installing the English proofing tool from 2003.  I have the disk and 
when I put it in it starts downloading right away and then asks for the 
product key.  Forgive my ignorance, but I'm concerned it will install over my 
2007.  Is that okay?  Does it then give me the option to do a custom install 
so I can only install the tool?  Sorry--I've never done this before.

3.Proofing Tools Not Installed

I can't spell check in Word because it says English Proofing Tools are
not installed.  Where do I find them and how do I install them?  I got
the CD from my employer so it is a full version.
