1. Microsoft Office XP and Microsoft Project 2000
Hi guys, I am going back to school in 2004 and I want to stick Office and Project in some form on to the old PC. Current Operating system is Win 98 SE, is it possible to run XP and Project 2000 on this O/S? cheers Ash
2. Loading Problem
Trying to load MS Office Professional 2003. Repeatedly get error message: Can't find file P3561401.CAB. While searching for the file, the loading Wizard shows the message 'Waiting for cabinets to be cached to a local installation source' Any ideas Many Thanks
3. Send to "mail receipient" / "Send Page" Not working
What is your default mail program? Is it open when you try either action? Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to the SWEN virus, all mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without reading. 4. Out of Office reply
I posted an 'Out of Office Reply' saying I would be out until June 20th...This is still being sent to emails sent me. How do I take off? There is nothing in my Rules Wizard...using MS Outlook 2000
5. Problems opening Microsoft outlook
Problem Description: I have had several problems with my system...so I had to uninstall my office xp, and reinstall...the other office programs are working fine, except for microsoft outlook. When I click on it, it loads, and then it comes up with a debug error...Program:C\program~1\micro~4\office10\outlook exe. Abnormal program termination...my choices are to abort...retry...ignore...I click on retry...then then it sends a message that Microsoft has encountered a problem...so I click to send info...and then nothing...the program shuts completely down...so what do I do next Problem Area: Fatal Events & Errors Frequency of problem: Always Happens Operating system / version: Windows XP

I cannot send directly from Microsoft Word or Excel anymore.  I have always 
been able to right click and send as an attachment.  The nifty Outlook screen 
pops up what appears to be a new message with my document attached already.  
It is still doing this, but there is now no way to send it...  Any words of 
wisdom?

When you say "right click" are you sending from a Windows Explorer window or 
from the program itself?  Is Outlook open when you try this?  Have you reset 
your toolbars in Outlook?  Is your account installed and active?

I have a macro that is running in excel attaching the workbook and sending 
via outlook. Each time that happens I get the message box asking If it is ok 
to send, Yes or No. Is there a way to bypass this so I don't get this message?
