What is your default mail program? Is it open when you try either action? Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to the SWEN virus, all mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without reading. After searching google.groups.com and finding no answer, John G asked: | I always use the right click when in Explorer for the "send to" then | use I use the "Mail Reciepient" but after the 2003 Office upgrade it | doesnt work. If it was a jpg file it used to ask to resize the image | which was GREAT! | | Also I used to be able to when in IE6 to right click and "send page" | via email now that doesnt work. Any ideas??? Small potatoes but its a | big cramp | | Thanks for ANY help in advance. | | John

Lost my SEND button when trying to send docs from Excel or Word.

I cannot send directly from Microsoft Word or Excel anymore. I have always
been able to right click and send as an attachment. The nifty Outlook screen
pops up what appears to be a new message with my document attached already.
It is still doing this, but there is now no way to send it... Any words of
wisdom?

When you say "right click" are you sending from a Windows Explorer window or
from the program itself? Is Outlook open when you try this? Have you reset
your toolbars in Outlook? Is your account installed and active?

3.No send button when trying to email from Word

I use Word 2003 and Outlook 2003. I can send ok from Outlook but when I try
to send an email from Word (E.g.send the current document as an attachment),
the email has no send button up in the corner. I am having the same problem
in other programs as well (e.g. Picasa).

I do have Outlook selected as my email program in Control Panel/Internet
Option.

I do have accounts set up in Outlook. However, when I open the email in
Word, the Tools menu does not show "accounts".

How can I correct this so that I can email documents from Word or pictures
