What is your default mail program? Is it open when you try either action? Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to the SWEN virus, all mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without reading. After searching google.groups.com and finding no answer, John G asked: | I always use the right click when in Explorer for the "send to" then | use I use the "Mail Reciepient" but after the 2003 Office upgrade it | doesnt work. When you say "right click" are you sending from a Windows Explorer window or
from the program itself? Is Outlook open when you try this? Have you reset
your toolbars in Outlook? Is your account installed and active?
