  • 1. Letterhead dissapearing
Our users are using Microsoft Word through a Citrix Client. One particular user has problems no matter what computer they log in from. When attempting to access a particular document that serves as a template (unofficially) as a letterhead. This user is missing part of the letterhead when printing. No other user is experiencing this problem. I rebuilt their profile and am at a loss for what to do. Could macros play a role in this? What other possible cause could there be?

Is there a 64-bit version of Microsoft Office? We have some PCs running the 64-bit version of Windows Server 2003 and we currently have the 32-bit version of Office XP on them. We want to upgrade, but if there's a 64-bit version of Office we'd like to go with that. I've been looking, but can't seem to find anything that says whether there is or is not a 64-bit version out there.
