On one of my computers a newly created Folder In my Documents does not find its correct space in alphabetical order when the name is inserted but stays at the bottom of the list of Folders in My Documents, requiring it to be placed in the correct place by hand incurring all the difficulties of merging Folders at the same time - all time consuming. I tried posting this but I don't see it....not sure :) Anyway, Word 2007 will not show CUSTOM WATERMARKS as a choice. It does come up in the NORMAL.DOTM but not when I open a new file in Word. I am running Office 2003 with Vista Ultimate as the o/s. There are several updates that download (especially for Outlook) but they will not install I have had to idethem so the pc does not continually try (without success) to install them again and again I have now downloaded SP3 for Office 2003 and tried to install it but got the message "Update cannot be applied" - any ideas how to fix this please?

4.59 blank webpages open when I click on email link from web page
I use Office XP and Windows XP and when I try to click on an email link in a web page, explorer stalls for a long time and then opens up 59 blank (error message) web pages and gives me an error that my email client isn't set up for this or something to that effect. HELP!!!
