Office 2000 updates have to be installed individually; why will they all not install from "Agree & Install" button? Thanks!

After the auto updates goes through its thing (inc inserting Office disk) it tells me that the install was unsuccessful and Updates keeps trying to install it. - 2. Office 2203 Service pack 2

The update goes through the install process (inc inserting my disk) but then get message that it was unsuccessful, and then I keep getting reminders that there are updates for my computer.

I AM TRYING TO INSTALL THE UPDATES FOR MY NEW PROGRAM AND WHEN I SELECT "AGREE AND INSTALL", NOTHING HAPPENS. WHAT AM I DOING WRONG? WHY AM I NOT ABLE TO DOWNLOAD THE UPDATES?

It says I have 4 critical updates, but when I click on the tab Agree and Install, nothing happens and I have tried it on both my Desktop and Laptop several times.
4.Everytime that I try to install updates they fail to install, why
When I get automatic updates, I go to express install. The updates are security updates for Word 2003 (KB917334) and PowerPoint 2003 (KB916518), also the update for Outlook 2003 Junk Email Filter (KB917149). These seem to fail installation everytime, I don't get any error messages. When I try to see why they failed my system seems to lockup. Can anyone help me?
5.Agree and install button to download does not work
I have the office 2003, and when going to the office udpate site, I am told that I need to update 3 different things. When I click the "agree and install" button, this does absolutely nothing and takes me nowhere. Any ideas on ways to get this to work/upgrade?
