Hi I want to write a macro that has the capability of taking a selected group, and highlighting every connection and shape within the group + their connections. I know how to find connections for a selected object, but can anyone tell me how to find objects within a group in VBA?
  • 3. Shape Operations
I need to draw what is called in statistics a "two-tail" normal distribution curve. In other words, I need to create an image that shades the two tails of a bell curve. I start with the "Normal Curve" from the "Charting shapes" stencil. I then try to create a closed shape and use various shape operations to create the :tail" piece that I can fill with shading and then superimpose the shaded tail back onto the normal curve. However, I cannot create a separate tail fragment that I can fill with a shading. Can anyone give me some pointers on how to proceed?

I can't close the application Visio. It always restarts itself. The only
way I can close it is to regoot. Any advice??? I ran detect and repair and
that didn't work, I'm using 2002 w/ sp2 installed.

Did you re-registering Visio with the command: visio /r ?

Run this command from the command line and then reopen visio.

Hope this helps.

Thank you and regards
