Hello, is there any chance someone has stencils, templates for mapping out golf holes? Yes, I'm serious...if not please be polite! Kind regards. Peter (Keen but novice Visio user).

I had an old copy of Visio Home. It included a template for creating a football playbook. I coach young kids, and they loved having a "real" playbook. Is there a template somewhere for Visio Pro? I just got this and don't know where to look. Thanks.

Colors lost when pasting into Word

Postby Derek » Thu, 13 Nov 2003 03:28:07 GMT

When I paste a Visio 2000 drawing into word, I loose the
fill colors. I have read the MS articles (292817 &
305331) dealing with this. These are not acceptable
solutions to me because 1) I don't want the entire
drawing and 2) the resolution of the GIF files created is
poor. After researching this, I have found that this
only happens when I select custom colors.

Does anyone know if this is fixed in later version of
Visio or have more standard colors at least been added?

Thanks,

1.excel fonts lose color when pasted in Word?

My excel fonts lose their color when I import a table into Word as a picture?
The fonts maintain their color when I paste as a bitmap but that does not
look as crisp as a picture paste. Both Word and Excel are ver. 2003 with the
SP3 pack installed. This just started happending - I've been using this
method for years! What the heck?

2.Paste Special -> Picture (text losing color)

When copying data from Excel and selecting paste special -> picture (windows
or enhanced metafile) into my word doc, all text is going to black and white?
Does anyone know where the setting is that adjusts this? This only occurs
on my computer and no one elses in my office.

4.Excel graph losing background color when copied into word

Hi,

I'm trying to paste several graphs from excell to word. The graphs have a
yellow (thus not-default) background color. I'm doing this for quite some
time, but the last few months the background color just dissapears when I
paste the picture (doesn't matter wether I paste as metafile, bitmap, or any
format and no difference between vba-paste and manual).

Does anyone know what is up? (oh using office 2003 on win xp system). Would
be great to finaly solve this problem that I posted in other fora before, but
never got an answer.

All the best, Jaap

5.Losing color on a excel chart in a word document

When I import and link an Excel chart, the chart appears
correct including colors. When I print the Word document
the chart colors change and are not "true". In fact they
are much darker. When I print the chart from Excel, it
prints fine. Any ideas? Thanks.
