No, you need a separate codec to play DVDs. To the best of my knowledge only
Ultimate and Home Premium have the codec installed.

I have an old codec I bought from Intervideo when XP first came out. I
installed it into Enterprise without issue.

In our system we currently have Win2003 R2 Enterprise as the only domain
controller, dhcp, wins and dns server. I would like to add a secondary domain
controller which have Wind2003 Enterprise Edition installed. Is it possible
to do this or it is recommended to use same version of operating system?

thank you

The only reason for not using R2 on the second DC is i currently have other
2003 enterprise running on other servers.

However I think I better set another server and keep the same OS version as
DC1.
