  • 1. Can we treat a handheld as a webserver ?
If i wanted an application which runs in offline mode, and then synchs with the server when networked, does it make sense to load IIS on the hand-held, and run the ASP.NET Mobile app from localhost ? Thanks, Chak.
  • 2. Mobile with Blackberry 7510
I have a 7510 and have been able to make standard web pages display on the 7510. What is the best way to figure out if it is a 7510 that is browsing to my page? Also, how or where can i look to determine if there are any browser specific styles i can perform for this device. I have yet to be able to make any styles or table tags work with this device. What do i need to do to make styles work with this device? thank you dave
  • 3. Device Update
Does anyone know if there will ever be another device update? The current update (4) does not really cover the devices we have to support (Germany/France/Italy). Best Regards, Gther.
  • 4. TextBox lostfocus event
Hi, I am writting an asp.net mobile app and I am wanting an event to fire when the user tabs out of a field. I know I could write client side script to take care of such an event and I also know that events under a webpage require a postback of some sort to the server before the event can be handled. BUT, I am hoping against hope that someone out there has written an event handler for an asp.net mobile textbox control which posts back to the server when the user tabs out of it. Thanks Michael.
