Is there a way to disable the audio on a flash movie? I have a 20 page website or so, and I have a flash header, and I only want the audio and animation on my home page - but just the animation on the other pages. I can't find a way in FP2003 on each individual page to disable the audio though.

I have a number of fields that need to be required ONLY if a checkbox is checked first, to indicate the visitor is using this option. Is this possible in FP without a lot of extra programming? In my website all of our hyperlinks are opening in new windows and the target reads "contents" and we have no idea what that means. Hi Everybody, I am fairly new to FP. I am trying to create a Layout Table. My biggest problem is that when I want to resize a row or a column, all the cells are resizing themselves. If I delete a row or a column the same thing is happening. Also if I split a row the cells are going to be different. I tried to fix the widths and the heights of the cells by using cell properties and also editing the related tags, as the fixed width or pixel method supposedly gives prices control over the cells. It did not make any difference my table stayed very luid Ie tried to solve the problem myself: already researched the net, also I have a good book P 2003, inside out. I came across something that might helps: unchecking the uto-scale cells with table which I have to admit I could not find in Table Properties. My other problem is that if I use wide border (3 and above)--in the previewtreaks of the background colour will show. I appreciate your help. You'd have to program that function into the flash movie itself.....or there's always the power-off button on the speakers!

After the enormous amount of help I had for my last project from this lovely forum I'm back to beg for more :) What I'd like to do is create a flash cartoon with a group of carol singers each singing their own harmony - I want to be able to click on each singer to toggle their part of the song on and off - but for their part of the song to play silently in the background so that once they're re-clicked they'll still be in synch with the rest.. Hi, I have an swf file that is embedded into a number of html pages, it plays an audio loop, and has an audio on/off button... The default for the swf is audio on...I am wondering how to send data from the swf to the html page so that if a user, for example, turns off audio on the index page, when they go to another page, or refresh the page that the some data is loaded into the swf so that it remembers the audio was turned off...so user does not get annoyed and have to turn it on or off on each page...If anyone has any advice on this it would be much appreciated Thanks in advance.
